Studio 2 have got warm and cosy feet every day. Our slippers are wonderful.
We loved the performance of the "Big Sad Wolf". We laughed at the funny bits.
At science we put dry ice inside balloons. The balloons had steam coming from them. We carried them carefully back to Studio 2 and we hung them up high to see what would happen. After a while we heard a loud BANG. The balloons had exploded because they had expanded too much.
Science is very exciting and Mrs Rintoul has lots of ideas for each session.
We are talking about things to do on rainy days when we can't go outside at home. Lots of ideas about board games, toys and using imagination. Visiting the Kaiapoi Library on the way home from school is a cool thing to do.
Studio 2 did a great job at hosting Whanau Time on 15th May. Jacob and Kayvarne were wonderful announcers. Everyone read their Autumn poems with lovely loud voices. Our poems are on display in our Studio..
Please feel free to let your child wear gumboots on wet days as our playground gets very wet.
All the children have signed the KBS Digital Agreement and it is kept in class folders. There is a copy on the wall by our yellow door for you and it is also on the KBS Website.
We were all very excited about the success of the J-Rock group and loved their performance in the school hall before the "big night".
